Abstract

Of cases the amount of plastic waste are produced annually up to 5 tons per day in the desert town then the thought how to design a tool to recycle plastic waste into fuel oil (BBM). Plastic is the result of oil processing kristalisi in this case can be concluded that the plastic can be recycled into liquid fuel by means of distillation then designed a tool to recycle plastic waste into fuel oil. In general the results of the analysis and design that has been done, it can be done the selection of major components such as the material used, the design of the reactor tube using 12Cr1MoV alloy steel with a thickness of 4 mm height 40 mm and diameter 50 mm, pipelines for steam pipe SNC- 22 with height each 300 mm for pipe one, 200 mm for pipes two and 150 for the pipe three, and tube condenser where each condenser at a height of 250 mm separately condenser one, 200 mm for the condenser one and two on the condenser can be produce liquid fuels equivalent in the form of kerosene, diesel and petrol.
