The problem of waste treatment in the urban region now caused by the rapid changing in case of social life, economy, politic, and cultural. This problem was up to the surface since the waste production and its treatment didn’t balance. One way to develop plastic waste is to convert them into fuel. This can be done because the plastic is containing hydrocarbon monomers grouping polymers. The aim of this research was to identify the oil characteristic resulted from pyrolysis of polypropylene plastic waste with 200 gram samples and operation time during 30, 45, 60 and 75 minutes respectively. The results showed the highest pyrolysis of oil was the component with atom carbon C8-C9 and can be sitting close with carbon C7-C11 with density 0.72 gram/cm3 and viscosity 0.5 cP and the optimum time of pyrolysis at 200 oC was 45 minutes and the oil content was 43 ml.
