ANALISA KEBUTUHAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP HANDPHONE DENGAN PENDEKATAN AHP (ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS)
Abstract
This study was written criteria for consumers in choosing a mobile phone. The criteria required by the consumer mobile phone is obtained from a semi-open questionnaire. This questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents. Retrieved 20 criteria in choosing a mobile phone. Furthermore, the elimination of the 20 criteria into 17 criteria on the basis of criteria in common sense. From the calculation of customer satisfaction obtained 3 negative criteria (Design, Brand, after-sales service) criteria for negative or unsatisfactory will be determined criterion is most needed by the consumer with the AHP. 3 (three) criteria and their weight is obtained Design Brand 0.6187 0.2637 0.1175 after-sales service
