Abstract

ABSTRACT

Bagasse (bagasse) is one of the waste biomass containing cellulose and hemicellulose approximately 47.7% which can useful for bioethanol production. An enzymatic hydrolysis process that converts cellulose to glucose by using cellulase enzymes. Some microorganisms producing the enzyme cellulase is Trichoderma viride and Aspergillus niger. Hydrolysis process is done by varying the ratio between Tricoderma viride and Aspergillus niger 1: 0; 0: 1; 0.5: 1 and 1: 0.5 and time to sampling 24, 48, 72, 96, 120. The results showed acquisition composition ratio Trichoderma viride: Aspergillus niger is 1: 0.5 as much as 660 mg / L the hydrolysis time to 96 hours.

Keywords: bagasse; enzymatic hydrolysis; glucose.
