Abstract

ABSTRACT

The dregs of the sago has not been used to this day, so many excretedwaste her without processed beforehand. The dregs of the sago this contains starch pretty high, where the starch tied a strong with lignoselulosa( selulosa, hemicellulosa dan lignin). Starch, selulosa, hemicellulosa can be used raw material of making bioethanol. The purposeof this reseach is to find out of the influenceof a variety of the weightof yeast fermented cassava that added at hidrolisis against the levels of ethanol obtained and to get the levelsof ethanol of the process of fermenting hidrolisat sago the dregs of the best use of yeast fermented cassava. Important in the process of making bioethanol is the process of hidrolisis. This study wa sconducted by the use of yeast fermented cassava, with a variety of concentrationthe dregs of the ( 9%, 11%, 13%), the concentration of yeast (3%, 5%, 7%) and the number of the extract twice extract. The highest levels of ethanols 2,1% are on the concentration of the dregs of the sago 9% and 7% of yeast fermented cassava.
