Fuel Cell is the latest clean energy technologies, safer, have high density and energy efficiency as well as working at low temperatures, high power generated, the results quickly and efficiently. One way that can be done by making the media and the proton exchange membrane fuel cell applications called Polymer Electrolyte Membrane. (PEMFC) has the advantage of high power density, working at low temperatures, ease of fuel, the solid electrolyte that is not corrosive. The purpose of this study was to obtain optimum conditions from single cell PEMFC based on the effect of variations in operating conditions such as pressure, temperature, relative humidity and the ratio of stoichiometric hydrogen and oxygen were fed to the performance of single cells Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) using GUI software MATLAB 7.10.
