ABSTRACT

MHP is a hydroelectric power generation system is appropriate (Appropriate Technology) and environmentally friendly. MHP is found in South Solok and the water potential in the area arouse electric power reached 100 MW. The readiness of society and technology development in remote villages also need special attention. Damage MHP, Management of and lack of public awareness to keep the system will lead to a crisis of electrical energy and electrical energy supply is inadequate both in terms of economy. To find the solution of the problems that occur need to be evaluated MHP in South Solok.
