 ABSTRACT

 The use of three phase induction motor is widely used in industry, especially PT Semen Padang. As in the know of an induction motor will absorb large currents when the start. For that we need to try to keep the currents and voltages start time off can minilisir start currents and voltages that time off does not affect the system. So that the impact of the condition was not meganggu system then in use liquid rotor starter. With the rotor stater liquid then flows while Start off voltage and current can be controlle.
