Abstract

Besides the river flow is also required height difference (head) to generate electric power. In this study aimed to plan the turbine as a means to transform mechanical energy into electrical energy using a generator. Usually the water with a certain flow-type turbine blades will rotate at the level of a particular crossflow anyway. The data is planned initial design flow capacity of 0.03 m3 / s and head of 1 meter. then from the data is calculated the dimensions of turbine blades, shafts, bearings, pins, pipe rapidly, pully, sewer nozzel.
