PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN TULANGAN BAMBU TERHADAP SIFAT MEKANIK PADA MATERIAL DINDING PERAHU

Abstract

This research aims to get mechanical properties, the influence of addition fiber layer, the influence of the difference wide bamboo, the influence of cutting specimens and knowing strong the ties of composite made by resin, chopped strand mat and bamboo are in apply in the wall boat. Based on the results of the tensile test study concluded the the addition of fiber to the composite specimens of bamboo fiber will increase bond strength but compared to composites made of fiber, the bonding strength less than good.  The result of impact testing study produced to the increasing of chopped strand mat layer and wide bamboo, it will increase the impact strength. Increased the impact strength means the material will be toughness.
