PENGARUH PROSES MANUFAKTUR TERHADAP NILAI KONDUKTIVITAS LISTRIK PADA KOMPOSIT GRAFIT/EPOXY
Abstract
This research is motivated conductivity of the polymer composite material able to get a good electrical
conductivity. This study aims to determine the effect of process parameters stirring and molding process parameters on the value of the electrical conductivity in the composite 150μ graphite/epoxy composite materials
.In this study the manufacture of a specimen with a total weight of 20 grams of the composition, with the ratio of graphite 150μ (60%), epoxy resin ( 30%), and hardener (10%). The parameters used in the mixing process with stirring rotation speed of 30 rpm, 41 rpm and 78 rpm and a stirring time of 30 seconds, 45 seconds, and 60 seconds. In the printing process parameters with printing 100 oC temperature, 150 °C and 200 °C with a printing time of 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes. In this intensive search can be concluded conductivity value is highest in the stirring process parameters 0.010976471 S.cm-1 and the value of the highest electrical conductivity in the printing process parameters 0.014228571 S.cm-1.
