Abstract

The obstacles encountered faced by Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) is not to have a medium to introduce the product to the customer. Until now the promotion is done only limited speech or information obtained from mounth to mounth. Deparating from this problem we conducted a breakthrough or changes associated with the promotion system using internet based blog. By having a blog, SME it can market it’s products not only to the traditional markets that could include national and international markets. This research identified the blog corresponding to the needs of it’s users. Based on questionnaires distributed, the dominant factor is needed is the color and look of the blog, the blog generated unlike most existing blog, but the aspect of ergonomics and display the blog. From the planning done, the blog produced by considerations of color, illustration and typography.
