ANALISIS SWOT UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN USAHA TRANSPORTASI ONLINE FAST-JEK(STUDI KASUS KOTA PADANG)

Abstract

This research used a SWOT analysis is to analyze the internal and external factors on Fast Jek company. This study aims to determine and analyze how a SWOT analysis in the determination of competitive strategy. The research was conducted at a company of Fast Jek. IFAS (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) is strategy of internal factors on a company is contain of strengths and weakness. EFAS (Eksternal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) is strategy of exsternal factors on a company is contain of opportunities and threats. In the analysis stage has four set strategy alternative that is  SO strategy it use strength to abuse opportunity for company in cell 1. WO strategy is minimizing weaknesess to exploit opportunities  for company in cell 3. ST strategy is use strength to overcome threats for company in cell 2, WT strategy is minimizing weaknesess and avoid opportunities  for company in cell 4. The results of this study with SWOT method get the value of  IFAS is 2,15 and EFAS is 2,00. Base on  diagram SWOT so the position line of cartesian in cell 1B is to support stable growth strategy.
