Abstract

Conductive polymer composites can potentially be used as a material having electrical conductivity and good hardness. The purpose of this study was to Improve the manufacturing process parameters conductive polymer composite materials, and improve the value of high electrical conductivity and good hardness conductive polymer composite material on a conductive filler material composition of 60-80% by weight (wt.%). In the process of mixing and forming composite G150 / Epoxy factors and the level of mixing parameters selected as follows: Composition (80%, 75%, 70%, 65%), stirring time (5 minutes), the rotational speed (200 rpm). Two factors and: three levels chosen for molding: heating time (60, 90, 120 minutes) and temperature (110 ° C, 130 ° C, 150 ° C). Optimization results of this study is a response to the test equipment electrical conductivity and hardness with specimens of the following conditions: mixing parameters (composition of 80%, stirring time is 5 minutes, a rotation speed of 200 rpm) and the optimal molding parameters are (heating time of 120 minutes, the temperature 130 ° C) with electrical conductivity values 0,0089Sm- 1, with a value of 28.090 electrical conductivity Sm-1. Hardness value obtained from hardness tester HD 94.8. to process and 94.83333 HD.
