Abstract

Conductive polymer composites can potentially be used as a material having electrical conductivity and good hardness. The purpose of this study was to optimize the process parameters of composite formation G150 / G75 / Epoxy. In the process of mixing and forming composite G150 / G75 / Epoxy factors and parameter levels penbentukan been as follows: The composition of the second filler G75 (2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10%), stirring time (5 minutes), speed rotation (200 rpm). Two factors and three levels were selected for molding: heating time (60, 90, 120 minutes) and temperature (110C and 130C). Results from this study is the value of Electrical Conductivity with specimens of the following conditions: mixing parameters (composition of 10%, stirring time is 5 minutes, a rotation speed of 200 rpm) with a value of 42.373 electrical conductivity S.cm-1, hardness values obtained from testing Shore hardness 94.866 HD.
