Car Parking Position Tracking Device Using RF

Abstrak

This paper presents the development of a tracking
device for car parked positioning system using Radio Frequency
(RF). The main idea of this work is to solve the problem in
recognizing the position of the car has been parked after a period
of time at a lot of parking spaces. A tracking device for car
parked positioning system is developed based on the concept of
RF wave propagation technique in a free space and has function
as a receiver. It will capture the strength of the signal receive
from the transmitter that has been installed on the car. The
strength of the signal received will be proportional with the car
parked position and its distance. The experimental results show
that the device developed able to light up an amount of LED
according to the distance between the transmitter and receiver.
