Perencanaan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air (PLTA) Lubuk Gadang Sangir Solok Selatan

Abstrak

This paper presents the planning of Hydropower
Plant (HP) Lubuk Gadang in Sangir subdistricts South Solok
districts. The feseability study is one of the key documents
in the establishment of hydropower that contains the
feasibility study of technically, economically and financially.
Technical study include the potential, civil, mechanical and
electrical. It required hydrological data, geological, land
contours, river discharge, catchment area etc. Economical
and financial study include the costs and financial
parameters such as BEP, IRR, NVP, BCR etc. To determine
the installed capacity of hydropower use the optimization
based on flow duration curve (FDC). The results of the study
and the analysis obtained hydropower installed capacity of
11.99 MW. It utilize the water discharge design of 31.603
m3/s, high effective water falling 48.55 meters. Results of
annual revenue amounting to Rp 103.026 billion. These
results show that Lubuak Gadang Hydropower is said to be
technically, economically and financially so that it can be
continued to next process.
