IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN DAERAH KABUPATEN BUNGO NOMOR 8 TAHUN 2021 TENTANG PERUBAHAN KEDUA ATAS PERATURAN DAERAH NOMOR 2 TAHUN 2010 TENTANG PENYELENGGARAAN ADMINISTRASI KEPENDUDUKAN (STUDI TENTANG PENCATATAN AKTA KEMATIAN)

Abstract

Based on the provisions of Article 49 Paragraph (1) of Regional Regulation of Bungo District Number 8 of 2021, it is stated that every death must be reported by the Head of the neighbourhood association (RT) where the resident resides to the Population and Civil Registration Office no later than 30 days from the date of death. This research aims to analyse the implementation of Regional Regulation of Bungo District Number 8 of 2021 concerning death certificate registration, to analyse the obstacles faced in implementing the rules regarding the registration of death certificates and the efforts made to overcome the obstacles in implementing the rules regarding the registration of death certificates. The research method used is sociological legal research with primary and secondary data sources. The data obtained is analyse qualitatively. The results showed that the implementation of Bungo District Regulation Number 8 of 2021 is carried out through socialisation activities to the community regarding the importance of recording death certificates. Meanwhile, one of the obstacles faced is that there are still people who do not understand the importance of death certificates. Efforts made are to optimise coordination with urban village and village officials in conducting direct socialisation to the community.
