ANALISIS STRATEGI PENGURANGAN USAHA KERAMBA JARING APUNG (KJA) DI DANAU MANINJAU

Abstrak

Abstract
The strategy analysis of the reduction of floating net cage business in Maninjau Lake
is aimed to analyze the extent to which the program being implemented by the Local
Government of Agam Regency is able to increase the community's interest to divert their
business from the previous in the form of fish cultivation in floating net cage (KJA) to
other business. The methodology used is survey analysis conducted by SWOT analysis.
From the SWOT analysis it can be concluded that the strategy of reducing usha floating
net cage in Lake Maninjau can be done by improving the new funding sources from
central and regional, optimizing the role and function of each stakeholder, strengthening
coordination among the Organization of Regional Devices in the provision of
infrastructure facilities supporters of business transfers and enforcement of regulations
that have been issued.
