ANALISIS KETERLAMBATAN PROYEK KONSTRUKSI 2012-2016 KOTA SOLOK: DITINJAU DARI ASPEK KEUANGAN

The project delay has  been becoming a hot topic among academics and practitioners in contruction
industry.  project  delay  has  a  significant  impact  on  economic  condition,  financial  peformance,  and
cost  &  time  overrun.  Most  of  studies  in  this  subject  were  concentrating  on  non  financial  factors.
However, lack of study pay attention what financial factors cause the project delay, especially using
Indonesia environment. Therefore, this study aims to investigate whether any difference of financial
factors  between  delay  project  and  non-delay  project.  We  use  an  intruments  developed  by  Abdulrahman,  Takim  dan  Min  (2009)  which  consisting  four  financial  related  factors..  By  using  73
respondents from diverse profesional backgrounds, we find that only four items having a significant
difference for payement delay factors, one item from poor cashflow management, dan one item from
financial resources avaibility. This study have a practical and theoritical contributions in the area of
project financial managements.
