Abstrak

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to compare the level of Workload between female and male in Police of
West Sumatra. This study uses questionnaire for data collection and the numbers of sample accounted
for 64 respondents that consisted of 31 female and 33 male. In order to test hypotesis development,
this study employed independent sample t test. The findings of this study displayed that there was a
significant difference between female and male workload. In other words, mean value of workload for
female was found to be higher than male.
