PENGARUH PELATIHAN ( DIKLAT ) TERHADAP KINERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA BKPSDM KABUPATEN SOLOK

ABSTRACT
Influence of Training ( Diklat ) Against Civil Servants Performance Badan Kepegawaian
Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia( BKPSDM ) Kabupaten Solok Rejency. This study
aimedto examine the effect of Training Against Civil Servants Performance BKPSDM
Solok Rejency. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires at 38 Civil BKPSDM
Solok Rejency. Analysisof the data in this study aided by SPSS version 16.0. This study
covers the validity with factor analysis, reliability test by Cronbach alpha. Classical
assumption test and test multiple liner regression is used to prove the research
hypothesis.The analysisshows that there is a significant and positive effect of training (
Diklat ) on the performance of the Civil Service BKPSDM Solok Rejency proved
significant value> alpha ie 0.015> 0.05.Recommendationsfrom this study are expected to
provide benefits to BKPSDM Solok Rejency in order to improve the performance of
theCivil Service BKPSDM Solok Rejency. One step is the need training for employees
work better in improving the performance of the Civil Service BKPSDM Solok Rejency.
