Abstrak

ABSTRACT
Analysis of human quality an medic equipment againts best service of clien.This study aimed to examine
the influence of human quality and medic equipment againt best service of clien. Data were colecterd by
distributing questionares at 40 kepuasan clien. Analysis of the data in this study aided by SPSS 16. This
study covers the validity with factor analysis, realibility tet by cronbach alpha. Clasical assumption test
and test multiple liner regression is used to prove the research hypthesis.The alaysis shows that there
significant and positive effect human quality on best service of clien proved significant value >alpha ie
0,015 > 0.05.Recomendation from this study are expected to provide benefit to Arosuka Hospital to
improve perfomace of the best service of clien. One steep is human quality to be better in improving best
service of clien.
