ABSTRACT
Theory of Plan Behavior (TPB) predicts that the intention to behave is a
predictor of behavior. Intention to behave is still limited in the discussion of hospital
context. This study aims to seethe effect ofadministrative proceduresand patient
satisfaction on theintention to behave among patients RSGM. In addition, the study also
looked at whether patient satisfaction actsas a mediating variable betweenadministrative
procedures and the intention to behave. Using the Theory of Plan Behavior and previous
research, three hypotheses were developed to address the research problem. The study
used female patients from January to May 2017. A simple, multilevel regression
methodwas used toanswer the hypothesis. The results of the studyfoundthat there iseffect
of administrative procedures on the intention to behave at 10%. However, patient
satisfaction has a positive impact on theintention to behave. As a mediation variable,
patient satisfactiondoes not show a significant role. This research is in line with TPBthat
patient satisfaction is an attitudeto predict theintention to behave.
Keywords: Administrative Procedures, Patient Satisfaction, Intention to Behavior and
