ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENENTU KINERJA GURU
Abstrak
AbstractThe headmaster is a person who has been given the task of leading a school and acting to manage
teachers and education personnel must mobilize teachers to carry out their duties and
responsibilities. The aim of the study is to test the effect of headmaster leadership and teachers’
competency on teacher performance of elementary school located in Duo Kota District. The numbers
of sample are 104 respondents by employing simple random sampling. In order to test hypothesis, this
study utilized multiple regressions. Thestudy’s findings displayed that headmaster leadership and
teachers’ competency influenced teacher’s performance significantly. Specifically, the effect of
teacher’s competency on performance was stronger that the effect of headmaster leadership. The
study’s findings suggested to enhancing more teachers’ competency to achieve better performance.
