Abstrak

Abstract
This research is aimed for looking the perception and hope of the patiens to the serving
quality of RSUD Arosuka Kabupaten Solok. The serving Quality has a strong relation
with the serving quality has strong relation with the serves it self. If the server to the
patients is good so the indicator of the serving quality that has been stated by the helth
minister can be achieved.
The aim of this research is to know the serving quality based on the perception and the
hope of the patient to the serving.The quality of the serving is consist of reability,
tangible, responsiviness, assuranceand empathy
Metode This reserart is used survei sampling metode with 96 responden in RSUD
Arosuka Kabupaten Solo. The data is proced use this totol activity responden is done
observation the perception and hope of the patien to the quality patien in a RSUD
Arosuka
The resoult the medium of the total activity responden the quality perception and hope,
tangible 51,88% and 85,42%, reliability 48,80% and 85,73%, responsiviness 51,60% and
83,96%, assuranceand 55,31% and 87,53% empathy 47,78% and 93,06% )
