PENGARUH BRAND IMAGE DAN HEALTHCARE INFORMATION TECHNOLGY INFRASTRUCTURE TERHADAP JAMINAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN PASIEN RSI SITI RAHMAH PADANG
Abstrak
AbstractBrand image and healthcare information technology infrastructure plays as important solution to
meet customer needs. Health organizations have great challenges in times of meeting customer needs.
This study aims to determine the relationship between brand image, healthcare information
technology infrastructure and patient service quality assurance at RSI Siti Rahmah Padang. The
numbers of usable samples are 55 respondents by performing proportional stratified random
sampling. The results of analysis showed that brand image was found to have positive effect on
patient service quality assurance at RSI Siti Rahmah Padang, meanwhile healthcare information
technology infrastructure did not have significant effect on patient service quality assurance at RSI
Siti Rahmah Padang.
