PENGARUH GAYAKEPEMIMPINAN, PENDELEGASIAN, INTERDEPENDENSI, DAN ASIMETRI PENGETAHUAN TERHADAP SISTEM PENGUKURAN KINERJA PEMERINTAHAN NAGARI

Abstrak

ABSTRACT
This study aims to find empirical evidence on the influence of leadership style,
delegation, interdependence and knowledge asymmetry, on the performance
measurement system of nagari government in Tanah Datar regency. The variables tested
in this research are leadership style, delegation, interdependence, and knowledge
asymmetry. The sample of this study uses 52 villages from 72 nagari in Tanah Datar
District. How to collect data using questionnaires distributed in each wali nagari offices
in Tanah Datar regency. The variables were then tested using multiple regression tests at
a significant level of 5%. The results of the study identified that leadership style,
delegation, interdependence, and knowledge asymmetry did not have an impact on the
system of governmental nagari performance measurement in Tanah Datar District.
