Abstrak

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Mahkota Dewa leaf extract, Mangosteen skin, and leaves Ketapang China, to treat Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) were infected with the bacteria Aeromonas hydrophila. This research was conducted from March - April 2016, in the Integrated Laboratory of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Bung Hatta University in Padang. The method used is an experimental method by using Complete Random Rangcangan (CRD) with three treatments and three replications. Immersion Tilapia Oreocromis niloticus infected with the bacteria Aeromonas hydrophila with extracts A: leaf Mahkota Dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa), B: skin Mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana L), C: leaf Ketapang China (Cassia alata) with each concentration of 5 grams / liter. The results showed that aging of the third extract on wound healing effect on the fish. Tilapia fish survival after being soaked for 12 hours with each of the extracts, the highest in treatment A 80% ± 20.00, and the second treatment C by 60% ± 00, in treatment B, while soaking the fish has been running for 7 hours total death, so that his life kelangsunggan 0%. Based on the analysis of variance (ANOVA) there is a difference between the treatment which 54.075 F count> F table 9.28 at the 95% confidence level means there is a treatment effect H0 rejected H1 accepted).
