ANALISIS MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOK PADA PROGRAM BANTUAN STIMULAN PERUMAHAN SWADAYA (BSPS) (Sudi Kasus Proram Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) di Kecamatan Sembilan Koto Kabupaten Dharmasraya Tahun 2017)

Abstrak

The self-help stimulant support program (BSPS) is a government-given aid for low-income communities to improve the quality of homes built by the community itself, but government funds are inadequate for full-house repairs so that communities have to provide additional funding for housing repairs the. The supply chain of this government program deals with the concept of conversion, flow, and value concepts. With a good supply chain management system can form a network of effective and efficient cooperation between the parties involved. The purpose of this study is to examine supply chain patterns and to know supply chain management from self-help stimulant assistance program (BSPS). This research method is qualitative. of the results of this study indicate that: (1) the supply chain pattern of goods flow between the head of the beneficiary group and the provider of building materials while cooperation with others is only a coordination; (2) the supply chain management on the concept of flow and value is not going well, while the concept of conversion is well executed.
