Abstrak

In the construction of a construction project, material procurement is a very important part. Therefore,
good material procurement planning is required. This research is about the object of The Development of
Sidewalk on Panorama Baru Street in Bukittinggi City. The method used is Material Requirement Planning
(MRP) method which consists of 4 (four) stages: 1) eksplosion; 2) netting; 3) lotting; and 3) offsetting. In
the lotting stage used 5 (five) lot size techniques are: 1) Wagner Whitin Algorithm (AWW); 2) Lot for Lot
(LFL); 3) Economic Order Quantity (EOQ); 4) Period Order Quantity (POQ); and 4) Part Period
Balancing (PPB). Result of data processing amount of material requirement, message cost and save cost
and lead time, hence obtained optimal amount of procurement with minimum procurement cost for each
material type is technique POQ, PPB and LFL. Except for concrete wire material using LFL technique and
regular nail material using POQ and PPB techniques.
