ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA OPERASIONAL PADA PEMELIHARAAN RUTIN DRAINASE DI KOTA PADANG

Abstrak

Floods caused by high rainfall and extreme weather. Heavy rains accompanied by winds that caused
floods and landslides on May 31, 2017 Floods and puddles struck 18 spots in 9 sub-districts in
Padang City, the water level reached 1.5 m from the road, 9 September 2017 the occurrence of floods
and landslides in the city of Padang Banjir it has swallowed 1 casualty aggravated by the many piles
of garbage clogging in the flow around the drainage. All urban drainage buildings should be
operated, maintained properly and properly in accordance with applicable standard procedures.
Operational on the routine maintenance of urban drainage is very important. The purpose of this
research is to identify the factors that affect the operational performance and to know the dominant
factor in ruitin drainage maintenance in Padang city. The method used is a qualitative and
quantitative approach where the data collection using questionnaires using Likert scale. The analysis
used to analyze the factors that influence the operational performance on the drainage ruitn
maintenance in Padang city are work and environmental factors, human resource factor, external
factor, and cost and equipment factor. The dominant factor that was found was the working method
and environment factor with the value of variance of Rotation Sum of Squred Loadings of 21.33%
