Abstrak

A well-run supervisory function will greatly support the achievement of good physical work in
accordance with the planning being made. To realize a good construction work in terms of quality, cost
and time, demanded the role of optimal supervision and perform well. This literature review is conducted
to identify the factors that influence the performance of the supervision consultant and how much
influence each factor has. The literature review method used is the literature description. The results of
