PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAAN KERJA KARYAWAN DI PERUSAHAAN DAERAH KABUPATEN SIJUNJUNG
Abstrak
The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) The influence of leadership style on the jobsatisfaction of Sijunjung Regency Regional Company, (2) The influence of work discipline on
employee job satisfaction of Sijunjung District Company, and (3) The influence of leadership
style and work discipline together on satisfaction work of Sijunjung Regency Regional Company
employees.
This study isolated 37 people who were active as employees of the Sijunjung District
Regional Company. data retrieval using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple
regression techniques with the help of SPSS 20.00 under Windows
.
Research findings show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence between leadership
style on job satisfaction of Sijunjung District Regional Employees with a value of β = 0.189 with
a significant level of 5%, the value of the contribution of leadership style to employee job
satisfaction is (ΔR2) 0.035; (2) There is a positive and significant influence between work
discipline on job satisfaction of Sijunjung District Company employees with a value of β = 0.198,
with a significant level of 5%, the value of the contribution of work discipline to job satisfaction
is (ΔR2) 0.039; (3) there is a positive and significant influence betweenleadership style and work
disciplinewith simultan on the job satisfaction of Peruvian employees with a significant level of
5% of Sijunjung District's validity with a value of (ΔR2) 0.071
