Abstrak

The aim of the study was to test effect of recruitment of employees, placement of human resources,
employee performance,and employee motivation.A guetionere survey was used to collect data.
Respondents included 30 employeee. Findings of results are: 1. Branch recruitment positively affects
employee performance. 2.Placement of human resources positively affect the performance of
employee.3.Branch recruitment positively affect employeemotivation. 4.The placement of human resources
positively affects employe emotivation.
