PENGARUH KELEBIHAN BEBAN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP BURNOUT PADA ANGGOTA SATUAN RESKRIM POLRES PESISIR SELATAN

Abstract

The aim of the study was to test effect of workload and job satisfaction towards Burnout.A guetionere
survey was used to collect data. Respondents included 42 police. Findings of results a workload have a
positif and significance to Burnout. Then job satisfaction has anegative and significance to Burnout.
