THE LEGAL PROTECTION FOR DOCTORS IN MEDICAL SERVICES IN THE MUKOMUKO DISTRICT HOSPITALS

Abstrak

Background: A doctor profession must be based on the law of practice no.29 of 2004. It
aim to provide a sense of security because of the relationship formed between patient and
dotors or other health workers or the relationship between patients and hospitals. The
position of the patient in a state of needs help meanwhile the position of the other health
worker is helpful so that in the medical practice law the patients position needs to be
escorted so as not to lose or in the other words the patients needs to get justice or
protection. On the contrary as well workers with the existence of medical practice law
get or legal certainty so that patients can not arbitrarily make allegations to the doctor in
case of undesirable situation.
Objectives: From the medical law studies that can be seen 3 different points of view is the
there criminal aspects of medical law , aspects of civil medical law and the
administrative aspects of medical law. These aspects behavior in order carrying out the
profession in accordances with the rules of order so as not to be says malpractice. In
general medical law is an administrative because it is a branch of state administrative
law. In order to create the regularity of the doctor's behavior in relation to other
communities (patients, nurses, hospitals, etc.) beside that, justice, peace and harmony
will be created for all those involved in health services at mukomuko district hospital.
Comments: Solution to the problems that occur in medical services by knowing which
factors are causing the need for legal protection of doctors in mukomuko district and
knows what steps are taken to protect doctors in medical services in mukomuko district.
Conclusion: Medical practice is implemented on the based of pancasila and on scientific
value, benefit, equity, humanity, equilibrium, and protection. Therefore patient safety,
maintaining and improving the quality of medical services and providing legal certainty
to physicians and the public.
