EFEKTIVITAS MEDIASI DALAM PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA MEDIK PADA FASILITAS KESEHATAN TINGKAT PERTAMA DI SOLOK SELATAN

Abstrak

The doctor's relationship with the patient is a therapeutic transactional relationship. This
relationship often creates a conflict we call medical disputes. One of the medical disputes that
occurred was a complaint from the patient on the alleged dose of drug dose error in one of First Level
Health Facility (FLHF) in South Solok. One of the preferred forms of medical dispute resolution is
mediation. The purpose of this study is to find out the extent of mediation effectiveness in medical
dispute settlement at the First Level Health Facility (FLHF) in South Solok. The approach method
used is sociological jurisdiction. This research technique is participant observation and document
study. From this study mediation is an effective medical dispute resolution.
