TINJAUAN NORMATIF TERHADAP PRINSIP DAN ASAS KEKELUARGAAN KOPERASI

Abstrak

Indonesia as a developing country still needs to increase the role of society to strengthen the
national economy. The cooperative law states that cooperatives based on the principles of kinship,
notions and intentions of family principles are not found in terms and regulations in the cooperative
law, this is different from the principle of cooperative which in detail is regulated by cooperative law.
Running the principle of cooperative and implemented with the principle of kinship is still ambiguous
boundary with other forms of business in Indonesia. The cooperative principle mandated by the
cooperative law is not fully capable of implementing the cooperative. Furthermore, the principle of
cooperatives requires serious socialization by the government so that what the community chooses to
strengthen its economy, especially the small community. The principle of kinship that became the way
cooperative work is still not widely understood by members of existing cooperatives, so that
cooperatives that have been established is not unlike the mechanime company non-cooperative
company consisting of workers and employers. In order to generate cooperatives as cooperative laws
and cooperative value values as conveyed by Bung Hatta in his speech on cooperatives, the principles
of cooperatives and principles of kinship need to be revived to improve understanding, limitations and
objectives of cooperatives.
