Abstrak
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Islamic work ethics on helping behavior inBadan Perencanaan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The sample used in
Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) which amounts to 50 people. The statistical test tool used is SEM-PLS.
The results of the study show that Islamic work ethic has no positive effect on helping behavior.
Despotic leadership moderates the relationship between Islamic work ethics and helping behavior.
