Abstrak

Research objectives for knowing the extent to which the extent to which the understanding of the
role played by social relations between the perception of superiors support, interpersonal justice of
employees with trust to superiors of affective commitment at Salido Health Center IV District Jurai
South Coastal District the number of respondents 68 people. This study uses SEM PLS analysis.
Perseption research result support to superiors has a positive and significant effect on the trust the
in superiors, so that the fisrt hypotesis (HI) can be accepted. Interpersonal justice has no positive
and significant effect on trust in supperiors, so the second hypotehesis (H2) can be rejected. The
effect of superiors trust variabels which are moderated has a positive and significant effect on efectif
commitment so that the third hypothesis (H3) can be accepted. These result bring further
understanding of the role played by changes. Implications for practisioners and researchers are
discussed. Social reletionship between employees and staff during intervetions.
