Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between leader’s reward behavior with
organizational citizenship behavior and work fairness and employee morale as an intervening
variable. This research was conducted at Air Haji Health Center in South Pesisir Regency, with a
sample of 50 employees. Statistical test instrument used SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate
that the leader's reward behavior has a positive and significant influence on organizational
citizenship behavior, In addition, the results of the research revealed that the behavior of leader
awards had a positive and significant effect on organizational justice and work morale,
organizational justice had a negative and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior,
and employee morale had a positive and significant relationship with organizational citizenship
behavior.
