Pengaruh Dukungan Atasan dan Ketahan Psikologis terhadap Sinisma Pegawai

Abstrak

This paper demonstrated the effect of supervisory support and psichology hardiness on
cynicism toward change among public servants in Pariaman city, Indonesia. Basen on change
phenomena, this study use 58 respondents working in government agency of local government.
Using the smart-pls, this study suprisingly find that there is a positive relationship between
supervisory support and cynicism toward change. However, the effect of supervisory support is
aligned with previous study which conclude that there is a negative relationship between
supervisor support and cynicism torward change. This study has a practical and theoritical
implication and they are disccussed in detail.
