EFEKTIFITAS PENGELOLAAN PELABUHAN PERIKANAN SAMUDERA BUNGUS DENGAN PENINGKATAN KINERJA

Abstrak

Bungus Ocean Fishing Port (PPS Bungus) is one of technical unit in the Indonesian fishing
port wich is managed beneth Marine And Fisheries Affair. Management of Bungus
Fisheries Port is adjusted to the implementation of programs that support programs from
the Directorate General of Capture Fisheries, by integrating all programs and activities so it
can be implemented properly and produce output in accordance with the established
Performance Indicators. The scale of each strategy parameter that will be applied using
USG (urgency, seriousness, growth) results in organizational effectiveness that needs to be
improved. Increased effectiveness is expected to increase the performance of the oceanic
fisheries port in duties and functions as a place of public service. The results of the
assessment of the performance of the oceanic fishery port from the performance
application in the first half of 2018 developed by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and
Fisheries (KKP) were 103.57%. This value is included in the good category
