PERAN BALAI BENIH IKAN (BBI) PADANG TUJUH TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT LOKAL DI PASAMAN BARAT

Abstrak

Welfare can only be realized when all needs are fulfilled. In economic life, tools for meeting needs such as clothing, food and shelter are never available on their own. Humans must work hard to meet their needs. Based on the results of the research, BBI has conducted a socialization on fish farming. The method taken as a step to guide farmers is through counseling through face-to-face communication from the counselor to the community concerned. The message is delivered directly by the instructor, and can directly receive feedback directly from the community. Good seeds are one of the determinants of the success of fish farming. BBI continues to strive to create the best quality fish seeds. To produce good seeds, BBI brings fish breeders from outside the region. Not only providing good seeds, BBI also cultivates fish seeds with selected quality broodstock. The programs carried out by the BBI are very useful, which can provide new jobs for the community.
