Abstrak

abstract: In the year 2016 2017 s/d a number of construction projects in the Government town of Sawahlunto menagalami many delays and some even experienced a break up of the contract due to the job could not be completed on time. Then the author will mengalisis the factors cause delay in the completion of the construction project of the building in the town of sawahlunto in terms of materials, human resources (HR), and technology/equipment. The purpose of this research is to know the factors that cause delays in execution and completion of the construction project of the building in the town of Sawahlunto if in terms of materials, human resources (HR), and technology or equipment, to find out what type of work often experience delays in building construction project in the town of Sawahlunto, and to find out a solution so that the project can be completed on time. Research methods used are qualitative research methods by means of interviews and do.
