STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN DAN PEMANFAATAN ASET DESA DI KECAMATAN PELEPAT ILIR KABUPATEN BUNGO

Abstrak

abstract: Proverty is a problem that must be resolved by the government, especially the problem of proverty in the village. One way that has been attempted is proverty alleviationis to do village development. Local govenrments need to prepare right strategy for asset management properly starting from the planning, utilization and supervision stages. The purpose of this study was to identify strengths, weaknesses, oppurtunities and threats asset of infrastructures in pelepat ilir regency of Bungo, and to determine the strategy for managing asset infrastructures in pelepat ilir regency of Bungo. The research method used is a qualitative method by means of interviews and documentation. The result of this research that the operating strategy for maintaining assets of infrastructures in Pelepat Ilir sub district, Bungo district is routine maintenance, periodic maintenance, additional budget for each region for asset maintenance.
