ANALISIS METODE SWAKELOLA DAN METODE KONTRAK PADA PEKERJAAN PEMELIHARAAN JALAN NASIONAL DAN JALAN PROVINSI DI SUMATERA BARAT

Abstrak

Problems Routine maintenance is very important because it has a direct impact on service to road users. Many road sections are damaged due to lack of optimal routine maintenance such as road pavement, road shoulder and non-functioning drainage and complementary road structures. In this study the implementation method refers to the regulations issued by the Ministry of Public Works and the Government of the Province of West Sumatra in this case the PUPR service in the province of West Sumatra. In this study the researchers directly conducted field surveys and interviews with local communities and road organizers from both the central and regional levels. From the results of the study there are still shortcomings in the implementation of routine road maintenance such as the slow response to community complaints, the quality of the results of work that does not last long and jobs that are not on target.
