ANALISA PENYEBAB DAN EFEK KETERLAMBATAN PROYEK KONSTRUKSI JALAN PROVINSI (Studi Kasus : Jalan Provinsi Sumatera Barat)

Abstrak

Abstract: Late completion of road construction projects is very common. Most of the provincial road
projects each year experience delays in completion. The delay has had an effect on the road. The purpose
of this study is to determine the factors that cause delays in provincial road construction projects and
the effects of delays in the completion of provincial road projects in West Sumatra Province. The
methodology used in this study is a quantitative method. Questionnaires were distributed to owners,
contractors and consultants on provincial road construction work in West Sumatra Province in fiscal
year 2018. The results explained that the main factor causing the delay in the completion of road
construction was due to financial problems. While the significant effect is the constraints of road users
to make maximum use of the road network.
