PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION PEGAWAI DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP KABUPATEN KERINCI
Abstrak
Responsibility for the implementation of management activities of the Environmental Agency of theRegency. Kerinci is basically the responsibility of various parties, both sector agencies, nongovernmental
organizations, the world of education, business people and the community.
In this study, comparing and analyzing job satisfaction, organizational commitment and intention to
move from the Employees of the Environmental Service Office of Kerinci Regency, and knowing how
much the influence of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention of
Environmental Service Staff of Kerinci Regency. The object of this research is Permanent Employees
(PNS) and Non-Permanent Employees (Labor) at the Office of Environment Kab. Kerinci. The total
population is 42 people. Questionnaires were distributed as many as 42 and as many as 42 respondents
returned the questionnaire.
